In EA Sports FC 24, there are special styles called PlayStyles that show how different players play in the game. One of these is the "Block". It’s a defensive play that increases the reach of a defender and improves ability to complete the block. Ruben Dias is a perfect example of a player with the Block PlayStyle, he puts everything into blocking a shot and does so very effectively. What Position Is Best Suited To The Block PlayStyle?

Tall Defenders. The Block will give your defenders the advantage when in 1v1 scenarios as they will be able to cover a greater area when performing the block. Those with higher defensive stats will benefit massively from this PlayStyle.

Players who are known for performing elastic and overreaching blocks. There is no set criteria based on in-game FC 24 stats but is actually based on the performance and ability of footballers in real life.
